About the role
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Respond and resolve inquiries of both the product and technical nature via phone or electronically submitted tickets.
- Implement cloud-based systems as directed by Senior Admistrators
What we are lookin for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or relevant work experience.
- Experience with system administration tools
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
- Experience with OS scripting languages
- Working knowledge of cloud security
