Club Guest Services Coordinator at Origins (Part-Time)

Job Summary

The role of Club Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting members and their guests with checking in and out at the gate, welcoming guests, giving a fond farewell, assisting with vehicles, providing directions, and offering any other guest-related assistance. This position is expected to uphold excellent customer service while providing genuine southern hospitality to the members and their guests.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Check guests/members in at the gate
• Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
• Effectively Park and retrieve guests’ cars
• Process purchases at the Mercantile and answer member questions
• Answer phones inquiries
• Communicate with guests and members via email
• Assist with general administration duties
• Maintain consistent presence at workstation
• Listen and work with guests who present service opportunities or challenges. Attempt to resolve them and/or elevate and communicate them to a manager
• Run relevant reports as needed
• Complete printing, copying, and faxing as needed
• When so directed, participate in club activities, events, and functions
• All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Sufficient education and literacy are needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred
• Prior in-person customer service skills preferred
• Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and/or training

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office operations
• Basic knowledge of the surrounding areas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
