CNC Production Supervisor

Job Description:

Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production and production schedules are met. Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets. Constantly monitors production processes and staffing levels and implements production schedules, methods, and processes. Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process. Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within production operations. Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Receives assignments in the form objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Supervises Support track employees and may occasionally perform similar work as their subordinates.
