If you enjoy building strong relationships, finding solutions, and making a difference in both the customer experience and financial performance, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Monitor account activity and regularly review aging reports to identify past-due balances, short payments, and outstanding billing issues.
Stay ahead of potential problems by identifying account trends and addressing concerns before they escalate.
Resolve Issues & Keep Things Moving
Investigate and resolve billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and account-related challenges.
Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated accounting and billing concerns impacting agent customers.
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to find timely, effective solutions.
Monitor Credit & Manage Risk
Identify customer accounts approaching or exceeding established credit limits.
Work closely with the Credit and Clearance team to evaluate account concerns, support credit decisions, and help prevent unnecessary service disruptions.
Balance customer relationships and service needs with financial responsibility and risk management.
Build Strong Partnerships Across Teams
Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Credit, Operations, and Customer Service to keep accounts running smoothly.
Work with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and customers to improve billing, payment, and reconciliation processes.
Provide guidance and direction to team members supporting your portfolio, encouraging accountability and follow-through.
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and create a more seamless customer experience.
Support Agents & Customers
Build strong relationships with agents and internal stakeholders, understanding their business needs and priorities.
Serve as a liaison between agents, customers, and internal departments to resolve challenges and maintain positive relationships.
Proactively communicate potential issues and work toward solutions that support long-term account health.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates on account status, outstanding balances, potential risks, and resolution progress.
Prepare portfolio reports and account summaries for internal discussions and agent-facing meetings.
Clearly communicate account trends, concerns, and recommendations to the appropriate stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in account management, accounts receivable, collections, credit, customer service, or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, credit policies, billing, and dispute resolution.
Experience reviewing aging reports, financial documents, and account data to identify and resolve issues.
