About the role
Searching for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee all property management activities of an assigned portfolio in the OKC area.
Duties include:
Oversee facility operations, contracted projects, operating expenses, budgets, and financial reporting.
Maintains strong owner relationships, coordinates emergency preparedness and life-safety compliance.
Calculates annual operating escalations for bill back to tenants and percentage rent adjustments.
Address tenant concerns, manages marketing initiatives, and calculates tenant charges.
