Role Overview

• Coordinate community engagement initiatives across EMEA markets
• Support ambassador, advocacy and loyalty programs that strengthen brand engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, brand advocates and community members
• Coordinate influencer and creator activities, including onboarding, gifting and program administration
• Source and manage user-generated content for Weber and Blackstone channels
• Monitor community conversations, consumer feedback and social media trends
• Prepare reports and share insights to support marketing and business decisions
• Collaborate closely with local market teams, agencies and internal stakeholders across EMEA
• Support the execution of community events, activations and brand experiences
