Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits Administration with focus on company stock plan administration, assisting and advising employees with compensation and benefit changes, enrollment process, eligibility, coverage amounts/options, and claims filing.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Ensures compliance and administration of the company's stock plan programs.
• Provides equity related data for all required security filings, oversees stock transaction; granting, exercise, sale, releases, retirement plan, & terminations as well as maintain Plan Sponsor's data integrity and periodically validates the accuracy of database information.
• Assisting and advising employees with compensation and benefit changes, enrollment process, eligibility, coverage amounts/options, and claims filing including: Compensation (e.g., wages, base salary, bonuses, supplemental cash, sales compensation, executive compensation, long-term incentives, stock administration, etc.) Retirement benefits (e.g., defined contribution plans, profit-sharing plans, defined benefit pension programs, etc.)
• Benefits enrollment and personnel records maintenance (e.g., hire date, marital status, dependent information, breaks in service, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with insurance, tax, securities, and other regulations and filing requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in acquiring data within large multi-system enterprise environments and data analysis.
• Expertise with spreadsheets, databases, utilizing compensation concepts and data, support and development of benefits applications and systems.
• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
