Role Purpose
To support the Buying team in the day-to-day administration of product ranges, supplier coordination, and stock management, ensuring accurate and efficient execution across all systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product data (pricing, barcodes, descriptions, promotions)
- Raise and track purchase orders with suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers on deliveries, shortages, and queries
- Support stock management, including intake, allocations, and replenishment
- Assist in range reviews, new product setup (NPD), and launches
- Coordinate promotional activity and ensure system accuracy
- Manage samples, product information, and internal communications

Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail, wholesale, FMCG, healthcare distribution, or commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work with attention to detail while under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable learning and working with ERP, stock management, or purchasing systems.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock reports.
