Working with content, marketing, advertising, and product teams, you’ll coordinate publishing workflows in BLOX CMS, support automated messaging campaigns, and maintain consistent execution across multiple markets. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys digital tools, organized processes, and working collaboratively to keep projects moving.
What you’ll do:
Messaging & Campaigns
Execute messaging strategies across email, on-site messaging, app push notifications, web push notifications, newsletters, and SMS, so that each message reaches the intended audience at the right time.
Support stakeholders using the messaging platform with campaigns, audience logic, template updates, content placement, scheduling, and quality checks.
Maintain approved ad tags in designated newsletter positions and compile routine campaign and placement reports.
Content Publishing & Syndication
Coordinate the publishing and syndication of approved content across Lee’s local websites and other digital channels using BLOX CMS.
Set up and maintain syndication rules and automated feeds that share content between markets, partners, and platforms.
Verify that syndicated content displays correctly on receiving sites, including bylines, attribution, sections, images, and links.
Maintain content schedules and monitor automated feeds for issues and errors.
Work with local markets and internal stakeholders to resolve routine syndication issues.
Stakeholder Support & Operations
Respond to routine requests from local markets and internal stakeholders.
Maintain campaign calendars and process documentation and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What you’ll bring:
Hands-on experience with BLOX CMS (required).
Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital publishing, email marketing, content operations, or campaign coordination.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Experience with an email marketing platform or similar digital publishing tools.
Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic performance reporting.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Helpful experience
Customer.io or another email automation platform.
Content distribution across multiple brands, publications, or locations.
Basic HTML, email templates, audience segmentation, or tracking links.
Work in local media, publishing, or related industry.
Experience in Google Analytics.
What success looks like:
Content and campaigns delivered accurately and on time. Content issues are identified early and resolved quickly. Local markets and internal stakeholders receive responsive support, and publishing issues are identified and addressed promptly.
