Partner with Learning & Development (L&D), communicate scheduling expectations through welcome letters, audit employee availability, and ensure necessary system access and tools are in place.
- Manage employee time and attendance and policy compliance, including tracking attendance points, preparing disciplinary documentation, coordinating suspensions and terminations when warranted, and ensuring timely manager follow-up.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including status changes, terminations, reversals, leaves of absence, and time-off requests. Partner with Human Resources, Benefits, and Operations to ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and system updates.
- Review workforce data and reporting to identify discrepancies, recurring issues, and potential impacts to payroll, scheduling, and compliance. Take corrective action and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Manage urgent employee and operational issues by gathering facts, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions. Escalate critical matters through established channels with clear context and actions taken.
- Provide system and process training to employees and managers, reinforcing consistent application of workforce procedures and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce errors, and enhance the overall employee experience while maintaining accurate records and standard operating procedures.
