“I can succeed as a CSOT Analyst (LDO) at Capital Group.”
The CSOT Analyst plays a key role in supporting effective investment decision-making and outcomes for clients, the investment group, and shareholders by monitoring, analyzing, and resolving operational, data, and system issues.
The Capital System Operations Team supports Short-Term Cash Management, Cash Projections, Fixed Income Investment Cash, Foreign Currency & Position Oversight, and Manager book of record Oversight. Working across Investment Operations, the investment groups, Trading, Legal, technology teams, and other business partners, you will facilitate collaboration between investment operations and technology teams to diagnose issues, assess business impacts, recommend solutions, and support timely resolution.
Operating under limited supervision, you will work independently on recurring responsibilities and controls, seek guidance from a Lead Analyst or manager when appropriate, and may lead complex internal initiatives or projects. You will continuously look for ways to enhance processes, procedures, controls, and documentation. Successful CSOT Analysts are intellectually curious, take ownership, build productive stakeholder relationships, and work effectively through ambiguity to drive toward practical outcomes.
