At Bupa, we're passionate about helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives. We're looking for an experienced Corporate Marketing Manager to join our UK Insurance Marketing team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention and growth across our Corporate customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Own and deliver the Corporate customer marketing strategy.
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive retention, engagement and account growth.
• Lead account-based marketing (ABM) activity across key customer accounts.
• Work closely with Sales, Client Management, Product and Commercial teams to maximise customer value.
• Use customer insight, data and market trends to shape marketing activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
• Manage marketing budgets, performance reporting and continuous improvement activity.

 

What we're looking for

• Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.
• Proven experience delivering customer marketing and account-based marketing programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation and customer data to drive decision-making.
• Comfortable working in a complex, matrix environment.
• Previous experience leading and developing teams.
