About the role
Responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in mobile crane and heavy equipment operations, ensuring trainees develop the required technical skills, operational competency, and safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical training in crane and heavy equipment operations.
- Demonstrate safe operating procedures, equipment inspections, and lifting techniques.
- Assess trainees' practical skills and provide performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and operating procedures.
- Maintain training materials, assessment records, and trainee progress reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma in Crane Operation, Crane Technology, or a related specialty.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of field experience as a mobile crane operator.
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical/Trade/Vocational Studies.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mobile crane operations, heavy equipment handling, and safety procedures.
- Certifications: Relevant crane operation, heavy equipment, or trainer certifications are preferred.
