R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you that speak Spanish to expand our network in Richmond and surrounding areas in Virginia. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bi-Lingual - Spanish Speaking
- Independently licensed in the State of Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
