How will you contribute?

As a remote Outbound Sales Advisor within our virtual contact centre, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers protect their valuable household electrical items through our range of insurance protection plans.

You'll speak with customers, understand their needs, explain the features and benefits of our products, and ensure every interaction delivers the right customer outcome.

While you will work remotely, you'll be part of a supportive team that values your efforts, celebrates success and encourages professional growth. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role with genuine opportunities for career progression.

Working Hours

This role operates Monday to Friday on a rotating shift basis.

Successful candidates must be available to work between:

9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday

Specific shift patterns will vary depending on the outbound team you join and will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Two 15 minutes Breaks and a Lunch break are included within your working day.
