About the role
Keep a fast-moving US apparel manufacturer running smoothly and grow into a costing role.
If you are an experienced, detail-driven customer service or order entry professional who likes being the person a team can rely on, this role gives you more than a seat on a queue.
About the Opportunity
Our client is a Florida-based apparel manufacturer that prints and embroiders custom apparel for professional sports teams and well-known corporate brands. Art, screen printing, embroidery, and fulfilment all sit under one roof, and the business is growing fast. They are now building a Philippines-based team that works as a true extension of their US colleagues, and this is a long-term opportunity.
You would be a key link between the sales, production, shipping, and receiving teams, keeping orders accurate and moving, and asking the smart questions that keep surprises away.
What You'll Do
Enter and process customer orders accurately in a cloud-based order system
Be a reliable point of contact for order questions from the team
Follow up with production, shipping, and receiving to keep orders on track
Ask smart, focused questions about clients, products, and deadlines, and flag issues early
Support costing requests as you learn the pricing matrix, and take on more over time
Mirror a few paper-based processes where the business still uses them
Keep records accurate and up to date
Work with a friendly group of about a dozen colleagues across sales and operations, with open access to the leadership team
A role that grows with you
You will start with order entry and customer service, then move into sales costing as you learn how prices are chosen. Training is provided, and no costing background is required. Over time, the role is expected to take on more decisions and work with customers and vendors.
What You Bring
Mid to senior experience in customer service, order entry, or sales support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even at a fast pace
A proactive mindset: you reach out early when something does not look right
Sharp problem-solving skills and quick thinking under pressure
Clear written and spoken English for working with US colleagues
Curiosity: you ask good questions and enjoy learning why things are done a certain way
Comfort with online assessments (problem solving, situational judgment, and customer service) as part of screening
Nice to have: experience with quotations, pricing, or costing
Why You'll Love This Role
A clear path from order entry into sales costing, with training
A fast-growing US business where your work is noticed
Real responsibility that increases as you learn
A US team that values its people, and a long-term role
Sit in the same building as other teams supporting US companies
Competitive pay and HMO health coverage
Hours & Work Setup
The role follows US Eastern hours: an 8-hour day starting around 8:00 AM Eastern.
