About the role
PURPOSE
At CCM Hockey, the Customer Service department plays a key role. We are searching for bilingual candidates with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in the dynamic world of hockey. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the purpose of this position is to provide customer service to our independent dealers. The successful candidate will have to ensure that all pre-sales and after-sales service levels are met.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Effectively enter, track orders, and process returns.
Handle customer issues (and inquiries) in a timely and efficient manner.
Responding to customers via email, telephone.
Work closely with different divisions such as the Distribution Centre, Credit and Claims Department, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
College diploma.
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
Customer service oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to provide solutions.
Work well within a team.
Bilingualism (French and English).
