CV Sales Busses and Minibus Sales Representative

· Coordinate with the Area / Product Sales Manager in preparing the commercial approach (sales talk, multiple-selling tactics, etc.).

· Monitor accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, saturation, and collection track record.

· Provide localized support to other sales representatives as required.

· Prepare required reports on individual sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.

· Ensure proper self-time-management, including spending sufficient time in the market (more than 90%).

· Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in product portfolio, and stay up to date on technical developments in commercial vehicles and on competition.

· Identify and develop relations with new customers.

· Ensure efficient relationship management with customers during and after commercial development: visiting customers, customizing solutions, providing technical support, etc.

· Nurture the company’s relations with customers, and establishes / reinforces personal and company credibility.

· Remain up-to-date on customers’ plans and projects, and develop the customer account through multiple-selling (deep pocket approach).

· Ensure that product orders are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective manner, and provide order status updates to customers.

· Participate actively in the management of complaints filed by associated customers.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 0 Years of Experience
• Good command of Microsoft Suites
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
