About the role
Our Technology Department is responsible for the management of all services, infrastructure and business projects across the organisation, ensuring RBO staff have the technology and tools to be able to fulfill their roles and operate effectively.
Within our Technology department sits our cyber security team who are looking to hire an analyst to join them. Our Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and improvement of the organisation's security posture. The role focuses on security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, compliance activities, and security awareness, working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify and reduce cyber risk.
Our ideal candidates will have proven experience with consistent high production standards. You will also be able to evidence:
Proven experience in a Cyber Security Analyst, Security Operations, or equivalent cyber security role.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security technologies including Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA.
Experience investigating security alerts, incidents and phishing activity.
Understanding of vulnerability management, remediation processes and security monitoring.
Familiarity with endpoint security technologies, device management platforms and email security tools
Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements including Cyber Essentials Plus, PCI DSS and GDPR.
