[Cymer Korea] Material Handler (Pyeongtaek Factory)

Introduction to the job

Cymer Korea 평택 공장의 자재(Material Handling) 및 재고 관리(Inventory Control) 업무를 담당하는 포지션입니다. Job Order 기준으로 자재 입고·검수, 키팅 부품 관리, 시스템 처리, 자재 이동 및 재고 관리를 수행하며, 안전·품질· 업무 생산성 향상을 지원합니다. 또한 재고 이슈 해결을 위한 유관 부서 협업 및 프로세스 개선 활동에 참여합니다.

Role and responsibilities

• 생산 작업지시서(Job Order)에 따라 생산 부서에 자재를 공급하고, 일일 주문 처리, 자재 이동 및 시스템 거래(Transaction)를 수행 
• Oracle 및 실물 재고를 관리하고, 사이클 카운트(Cycle Count)를 통해 재고 정확도 유지 
• 재고 불일치, 자재 부족 또는 품질 이슈 발생 시 원인 분석 및 유관 부서와 협력하여 문제 해결 
• 입고 자재 수령·검수, 출하 자재 포장·래핑·출하 확인, 반품(Return) 자재 처리 수행 
• EHS 가이드라인과 안전 규정을 준수하고 직원, 자재 및 물류장비의 안전 관리 지원 
• 작업장 내 프로세스 개선 활동에 참여하고 창고 공간·레이아웃을 효율적으로 관리 
• 부서 절차에 따른 문서 관리, 작업 지침 준수 및 기타 회사가 부여하는 업무 수행
  

Education and experience

• High school diploma or Associate degree in relevant field, 1~3years of related experience
• Oracle, other ERP system, Business Objects, Power BI or MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) experience is a big plus.

Skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes
• Strong responsibility and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in daily operations
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
