What You'll Do

• Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
• Answer questions about products, services and customer accounts
• Resolve customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Deliver a positive customer experience
• Work alongside colleagues from different countries and backgrounds

Requirements

• Fluent Danish, both written and spoken
• Good English communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not always required
