Address:
OntarioThe Delivery Lead — Digital Products is a senior delivery role within the Enterprise PMO, responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital product initiatives. This role works directly with product teams, development teams, data and analytics team, marketing, and business stakeholders to drive delivery of pricing and lending capabilities, digital customer experiences, and e-commerce initiatives. This is not a traditional project management role. The product teams this person partners with own their own backlogs, define their requirements, and ship in iterative cycles. The value this role adds is managing the organizational complexity around those teams: cross-team dependencies, release coordination, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, and executive reporting. The person in this role must be technically credible with product and development teams while translating progress into business language for executive stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital product delivery
- Serve as the EPMO’s delivery partner for digital product teams, managing cross-team dependencies, release coordination, and stakeholder alignment so product teams can focus on building
- Coordinate delivery across pricing and lending, data analytics, digital, and e-commerce workstreams — maintaining visibility into how these initiatives interact and depend on each other
- Direct full-cycle digital product delivery from initiation through post-launch, ensuring outcomes align with scope, schedule, budget, and strategic business priorities
- Participate in sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and planning sessions with product teams; understand what is being built well enough to identify integration risks, data dependencies, and downstream impacts
- Manage release coordination between product team delivery cadence and business launch timelines, ensuring that pricing updates, marketing campaigns, and customer-facing features ship when stakeholders expect them
- Proactively manage changes in scope; identify potential risks and develop contingency plans before they become delivery problems
Technical coordination
- Partner with business and product leads and development teams to ensure technical decisions account for cross-product dependencies, data pipeline reliability, and platform scalability
- Coordinate data and analytics delivery: track the flow of work from data ingestion and pipeline development through model building, validation, and production deployment
- Manage technical vendor and partner relationships for digital initiatives: API integrations, third-party platform implementations, SaaS tool deployments, and data provider onboarding
- Facilitate technical trade-off conversations when digital initiatives span multiple systems, teams, or data domains
Team coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Create and lead cross-functional project teams spanning the product development and launch lifecycle
- Translate between product and development language (epics, stories, velocity, technical debt) and business stakeholder language (launch dates, revenue impact, campaign milestones)
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering accountability and ownership of assigned work
- Influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority — building consensus across product, development, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders
- Build and maintain key business and vendor relationships critical to digital product delivery
Reporting and governance
- Provide executive-quality delivery reporting to the EPMO Director and senior leadership: initiative status, risk posture, delivery forecasts, and KPI dashboards
- Ensure enterprise project management standards, frameworks, and governance processes are consistently applied to digital product delivery
- Conduct post-launch retrospectives and produce lessons-learned documentation to drive continuous improvement across the PMO
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· 6+ years of direct work experience in a project or program management capacity, with demonstrated experience delivering complex digital product initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams
· Strong technical foundation: comfortable reviewing architecture and design discussions, understanding API integrations, discussing data pipeline and analytics workflows, and engaging in trade-off conversations with development teams
· Direct experience coordinating digital product delivery: e-commerce platforms, customer-facing applications, pricing or lending products, or data analytics solutions
· Deep understanding of the software and digital product development lifecycle (SDLC/PDLC)
· Agile fluency: has worked inside Scrum or Kanban teams as a delivery partner, comfortable with iterative planning, sprint ceremonies, and flow-based metrics
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences and translating technical complexity into business language
· Proficiency with project and product management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms
· Strong background working within a formal PMO structure or enterprise project governance framework
· Experience in retail, financial services, specialty lending, or e-commerce industries preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field required
· PMP or PgMP certification
· CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification
· SAFe POPM, Product Owner, or Agile Product Management certification
· Familiarity with AI-powered project management tools, predictive analytics, or delivery intelligence platforms
