Description

Gabrielli Truck Sales is actively seeking a detailer to join the team at our location in Coopersburg, PA.

This is a part-time first shift Monday to Friday schedule. Expect 20-25 hours per week. No nights or weekends.

Total Compensation: starting at $18/hour. Final offer will be based on skill and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inspection — Identify areas needing cleaning, repair, or correction
• Exterior Cleaning & Restoration
  • Wash and wax surfaces for shine and protection
  • Polish and buff paint to correct imperfections
  • Clean wheels and tires, applying protective dressings
• Interior Cleaning
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery
  • Remove stains and odors
  • Clean dashboards, consoles, panels, windows, and mirrors
• Specialized Services
  • Paint correction and scratch removal
  • Headlight restoration
  • Engine bay cleaning
• Operational Tasks
  • Drive vehicles within the shop or lot
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and chemical supplies
  • Follow safety protocols for chemicals and machinery

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to spot small imperfections
• Knowledge of detailing tools and products, including buffers, steamers, and cleaning chemicals
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – CDL a plus
• Ability to follow safety protocols and product instructions

Physical Requirements:

• Work involves outdoor conditions, long periods of standing, and handling chemicals and equipment
• Must be able to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time
• Must be able to step up onto and climb into trucks
• Must be able to climb a ladder with weight up to 25 lbs
