Director Post Merger Integration (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Structuring and Project Management (PMO): Establishing a high-performance integration project structure, as well as creating and continuously monitoring a detailed roadmap (e.g., for the critical first 100 days)

Synergy Tracking and Controlling: Identifying, measuring, and consistently realizing strategic value potential, as well as monitoring cost savings and cross-selling effects

Harmonization of the IT and System Landscape: Integrating and consolidating the various database systems, infrastructures, and software solutions while adhering to compliance requirements

Integration of the Organization and Processes: Realignment and consolidation of management structures, reporting lines, and operational business processes of both companies

Change Management and Cultural Integration: Conducting cultural analyses and managing transparent stakeholder communication to retain the workforce and alleviate concerns

 

Qualifications:

 Successfully completed academic studies of business administration (Master or MBA) and/or engineering, or else relevant to perform the role

Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience, ideally minimum 6 months of international experience outside Europe  

Very good analytical and strategic skills, strong in concept development as well as hands-on and implementation-oriented personality 

Ability to assert oneself, cooperative as well as a pronounced social and culturally competent  

Capability to cope under high pressure and work independently 

Ability to manage broad scope of projects and tasks at the same time 

Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel  

Fluent in German, English and Chinese

Willingness to travel approximately 50% (primarily to Asia)
