About the role
Essential Functions:
- Set up dish station according to our standards and guidelines
- Inspect and test sanitizer for proper or chemical mix and properly set up dish machine.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage are.
- Re-stocking food servers' areas with glassware, silverware, empty buss tubs
- Keep dish room clean and organized with plate ware decoy system always in place.
- Responsible for cleanliness of all kitchen floors, freezer and refrigerators
- Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster and recycling bin.
- Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff.
Education and Experience:
- Food Handler Certification
- Previous restaurant experience, preferred
Pay Range: 18.00/hr
