About the role
Job Overview:
Weatherford have a great opportunity for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the team in Altens, Aberdeen.
The Dispatch Coordinator will support operations with a focus on processing/administration of assets and purchasing for the region.
Responsibilities:
Service Rental Return Notes.
Service Rental Stock Transfers between UK branch plants.
Return to Vendor delivery tickets for third-party rental items.
Gatehouse paperwork processing, including scanning and indexing.
Scanning and indexing through the Returns paperwork process.
Providing cover for the Third-Party Rental Coordinator during holidays, including:
Receipting third-party rental tools
Updating third-party rental trackers
Supporting with any other general administrative duties as required.
Required:
Minimum 2-3+ years dispatch/mobilisation experience would be preferred.
Good experience in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business would be beneficial.
Experience using JD Edwards, SAP or similar system is required.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers.
