Distribution Center 3rd Shift Manager

Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a full-time 3rd shift manager to oversee supervision of all union warehouse personnel, drivers, administrative employees and warehouse operations in the main facility.

HOURS: 9:00p.m.-6:00a.m. Sunday - Thursday

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor of Science in business or related field preferred.
• Must be able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions, including variable temperatures.
• Foster a positive work environment with a strong culture of safety.
• Sound understanding of distribution software programs. Knowledge of the BFC software and DOT/OSHA rules and regulations a plus.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Outlook.
• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
