Spare Time Entertainment is a family-owned company running 18 family entertainment centers: bowling, arcades, laser tag, escape rooms, and full-service restaurants and bars. Our mission is simple: Create Memorable Experiences. Every Guest, Every Visit.

What you’ll do

• Drive revenue and profitability across your centers using P&Ls, weekly reports, and KPIs
• Build sales strategies with your teams, especially birthdays, groups, and events
• Run consistent P&L reviews and budgeting with each GM
• Visit each center at least once a quarter, with clear follow-up between visits
• Coach and develop GMs and management teams, and build a strong bench of future leaders
• Hold teams accountable for guest experience, safety, food and beverage standards, and compliance
• Spot problems in one center and fix them across the district
• Partner with marketing, HR, and fellow DMs to keep the region aligned

What you bring

• 5+ years of management experience in family entertainment, restaurants, hospitality, or retail, including 3+ years as a General Manager of a high volume operation
• Proven success managing a P&L and growing profit
• Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills
• Ability to travel approximately 50%, including overnights and some weekends
• Must live within 2 hours of a major airport
• Multi-unit experience and a bachelor’s degree are a plus
