Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for the Workbench platform.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end system testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using standard defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure alignment on requirements.
• Support the implementation of test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Ensure all testing activities and deliverables adhere to the bank's quality standards and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
