About the role
Do you enjoy keeping things organised and making sure customers receive their online orders smoothly? We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented E-Commerce Order Administrator to support our e-commerce order flow, from order entry and inventory follow-up to shipment and delivery. You are proactive, flexible and have a consumer-focused mindset.
Your Responsibilities
Provide back-office support for e-commerce orders in close cooperation with the Front Office and E-commerce teams.
Monitor orders throughout the complete delivery process, from order entry and inventory allocation to shipment and last-mile delivery.
Process and follow up Direct-to-Consumer parcel orders.
Coordinate personalised orders and related value-added services.
Provide operational and logistics support during peak commercial periods, such as sales campaigns, Black Friday and the holiday season.
Follow up on customer requests received through social media in relation to e-commerce and D2C orders
You are
- Customer-focused, accurate and well organised.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Able to manage different priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and confident using Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage.
- Previous experience in order administration, customer service, e-commerce or logistics is an advantage, but motivated graduates are also encouraged to apply.
