About the role
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Source and onboard new products, negotiate costs and terms with suppliers, and manage online catalog
- Manage and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing)
- Own the vendor relationship: negotiate pricing, terms, promotional support MOQs, and lead times
- Build product launch plans in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment (creative assets, imagery, launch timing, inventory)
- Manage the item lifecycle end-to-end: item setup, cataloging, forecasting, replenishment, promotional planning, and end-of-life decisions
- Manage sell-through, margin, in-stock rate, and customer feedback; take corrective action on underperforming SKUs
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance
Qualifications/Skills:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in buying, sourcing, e-commerce, or retail merchandising
- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory management, and demand forecasting
- Demonstrated vendor negotiation experience and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems (IMS)
- Strong interest in retail trends and e-commerce innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

Salary Range: $61,000 - $81,950
*Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
