About the role
Shape the Future of How We Sell Online
Ready to be the strategic force behind a digital commerce business on the rise? We're looking for an eCommerce Manager who thinks like a strategist, acts like an owner, and gets energized by turning data into decisions that move the needle. If you love untangling complex growth puzzles and rallying teams around a bold roadmap, this is your seat at the table.
What You'll Own
- Set the Vision — Build and drive the eCommerce strategic roadmap, keeping it tightly aligned with company goals and where the market is headed.
- Know the Landscape — Lead competitive analysis, customer insights, and digital benchmarking that sharpen our edge.
- Break Down Silos — Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Operations to optimize every stage of the funnel and boost conversion.
- Scout What's Next — Evaluate emerging digital channels, technologies, and partnership opportunities before the competition does.
- Master the Metrics — Own the eCommerce KPI framework end-to-end: forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking that keeps everyone honest and focused.
- Lead Big Bets — Spearhead high-impact initiatives like DTC expansion, omnichannel integration, or international growth.
- Influence at the Top — Bring insights and recommendations directly to senior leadership and help shape where the business goes next.
What You Bring
- 5–8+ years in eCommerce, digital strategy, or management consulting
- A track record of driving real digital growth and innovation — not just reporting on it
- Sharp analytical chops, with hands-on experience in data visualization and BI tools
- Platform fluency with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar
- Communication skills that turn complex data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders at every level
