Electrical Apprentice/Helper

Pay and Schedule:

Electrician Helper: Starting at $23/hour, depending on experience

Electrical Apprentice: Starting at $26/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of overtime

Commercial Electrician Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with the installation of commercial lighting fixtures and devices.
• Pull wire, install supports, and help with conduit installation.
• Assemble and mount lighting fixtures according to project specifications.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety regulations.
• Transport and organize materials and equipment as needed.
• Support electricians with daily tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of electrical experience preferred.
• Previous commercial construction experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to work from ladders and lifts when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
