Job Description
- Annual Shutdown & Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute electrical shutdowns with minimal disruption
- Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure system reliability
- Lighting & Lightning Systems: Inspect, maintain, and upgrade lighting and lightning protection systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Project Management: Lead electrical projects from planning to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and system issues
- Provide technical guidance to team members and clients
- Training for the staff and certifying them to do the basic electrical works onsite.
- Vendor & Team Supervision: Oversee contractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate team activities
- Client Engagement & Presentation: Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and present solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations
