About the role
Job Description
- Manage co-pack quality performance through structured governance and performance management.
- Drive co-pack development initiatives to improve quality capability and long-term partnerships.
- Lead co-pack qualification and risk assessment processes.
- Collaborate with Procurement and cross-functional teams during co-pack selection and business continuity planning.
- Analyze co-pack performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives from a quality perspective.
- Ensure effective management of supplier quality issues and improvement actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of co-pack quality systems and processes.
