About the role
We’re on the lookout for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist to join our HR team and help us share Y Soft’s story – both inside and outside the company.
We want someone who can make sure our culture and brand shine everywhere – from career fairs to intranet updates. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we’re seen, keeping internal comms fresh, and making sure our events leave a mark.
Internal Communications:
- Manage and develop internal channels like our intranet, newsletters and MS Teams updates
- Write in a way that makes people want to read to the end
- Help colleagues share their stories in an impactful way
Website and Social Media Content (occasionally)
- Help keep our career pages inviting and relevant
- Contribute to posts for Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn (optional, but fun if you´re curious)
- Set up, run and optimize PPC campaigns to promote our open positions and employer brand
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for communications, employer branding, or marketing
- Creativity and a knack for turning ideas into engaging content
- Bonus points for copywriting and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with Canva (or other design tools) and CMS is a plus
- Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns is a plus
- Czech language at native level and English proficiency (B2/C1)
- A driving license is an advantage
