Engineer Quality

主要职责

Principal Activities

• 对进货及生产过程中的关键质量指标进行监控，运用质量工具进行分析以确保其稳定性。
• Monitor quality KPis during the incoming and production processes, and use quality tools to analyze them to ensure their stability.
• 按照“不合格品控制程序”处理不合格情况；启动不合格品控制流程，采取纠正和预防措施。
• Manage nonconformities in accordance with the “Nonconforming Product Control Procedure”; initiate the nonconforming product control process and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• 负责制定进货及过程质量控制计划和检验指导说明，并为检验人员提供相关的检验技能培训。
• Responsible for developing quality control plans for incoming materials and in-process quality control, as well as inspection guidelines, and for providing relevant inspection skills training to inspection personnel.
• 负责收集和分析质量数据，并编制质量月度报告，提升相关改善；
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing quality data, preparing monthly quality reports, and driving related improvements;
• 协助并支持检验人员进行进料检验、在制品检验，以确保符合生产计划/标准。
• Support and assist quality control personnel in conducting incoming inspection and in-process inspection to ensure compliance with production plans and standards.
• 部门经理安排的任何其他相关工作。
• Any other related tasks assigned by the department manager.

基本要求 / Qualifications Required

• 质量管理体系知识。
• Quality Management Systems knowledge.
• 质量管理工具，过程监控工具，测量系统评估工具的熟练运用。
• Proficiency in the use of quality management tools, SPC, MSA tools.
• 电脑及办公软件技能
• Computer Skilis: MS Office suite;
• 具备流利的英语书面和口语能力。
• Be fluent written and spoken English.
• 良好的人际关系、必要的沟通及协调能力。
• Good relationships, necessary communication and coordination skills.
• 健康积极的工作态度，能够承受高强度的工作压力
• Healthy, positive working attitude, willing to accept high pressure working.

教育程度：

Education：

• 本科及以上学历。
• College or above.

工作经验：

Working experience：

• 在泵/阀门制造或相关领域拥有3年以上质量工程（QE）工作经验。
• 3+years’ experience in QE with pump/valve manufacturing or similar field.
• 具备铸造/机械方面的经验。
• Experience with casting/mechanical.
