What is Your Role? To make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business.

Summary: We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of our servers to make raving fans of our guests and each other. This requires thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor) and proficient in service procedures.

Essential Responsibilities: Include the following and other responsibilities that may be assigned:

Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
Exemplifies hospitality standards. Answers guest's questions about the restaurant. Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperates with management and co-workers to assists others with duties, if needed. Communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
Knows emergency procedures in the restaurant.
Performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.

What Would Your Truck Driving Responsibilities Include?

Picking up the truck at Crosswoods prior to your scheduled event.
Confirming with Event Services and HOH that the truck is packed and ready to go.
Leading the event team in unloading and reloading the truck.
Returning the truck to Crosswoods following the event.

What Are the Benefits?

Additional Scheduled Time: An an extra hour minimum will be added to your scheduled shift to account for driving time.
No Event Parking Costs: Your personal vehicle will remain at Crosswoods, eliminating the need to pay for parking at events.
Scheduling Priority: Truck driver shifts will be published before other event shifts, giving you an opportunity to plan your schedule earlier.

Don't Worry, We'll Train You!

We want every associate who takes on this opportunity to feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel! Our Operations and Event Services teams will provide hands-on training covering everything from driving and maneuvering the truck to parking, backing up, and navigating event locations. We will also schedule shadow shifts to give you real-world experience alongside an experienced driver.

While we will provide thorough training, we also want to make sure this is something you personally feel comfortable doing. Driving one of our trucks comes with additional responsibility, and safety will always be our top priority. We want associates who are confident in their abilities, understand the importance of being aware of their surroundings, and are willing to follow all safety procedures.

One important expectation is that you must always have someone assisting you as a spotter whenever backing up the truck. Whether you're at Crosswoods or an event location, we never want anyone backing up a truck without someone helping guide them safely. Taking your time, communicating with your team, and asking for assistance when needed are all part of being a successful truck driver.

Our goal isn't just to teach you how to drive the truck. It's to make sure you feel prepared, supported, and confident every time you get behind the wheel!
