Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces, organize promotional materials, and support setup and breakdown activities. This position is suited to someone who enjoys practical tasks, working as part of a team, and helping events run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces by arranging tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials.

• Organize supplies and equipment according to event requirements.

• Check that event areas are clean, presentable, and ready for attendees.

• Assist team members with preparing branded displays and presentation materials.

• Transport and organize event supplies as needed.

• Follow setup schedules and instructions to complete tasks on time.

• Identify missing or damaged materials and report them to the appropriate team member.

• Assist with dismantling displays, packing equipment, and storing materials after events.
