Looking for a fun and unique job just for the Christmas season?
Join The Lights of Christmas team as Event Staff and share the love, hope, and joy of the Christmas season through creative and beautiful light displays and experiences. The Lights of Christmas is a Holiday experience like no other! Located in Stanwood, WA, The Lights of Christmas is an innovative and convenient experience for families in the Pacific Northwest. Spectacular lights, dazzling displays, creative activities, and so much more make up this memorable Christmas experience for people of all ages.
SPECIFICS & COMPENSATION: Pay rate will start at $17.50/hour.
Position starts November 16, 2026, with training and event runs through December 31, 2026.
Hours may range from 5-40 hours a week, with shifts being late afternoon through evenings (4-10pm) and primarily over the weekends (Thursday-Sunday).
Benefits would be the behind-the-scenes experience of The Lights of Christmas, Christian community and eternal purpose in the work that you would do, a great work environment and friendly staff, and dinner provided every night.
Most positions will be outdoors, with most work standing or walking for the duration of the shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate great customer service and Christ-like hospitality.
- Be flexible and willing to assist in many areas of the event as needs arise.
- Assist in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for each guest that you interact with.
- Be alert and responsible to the duties as assigned by the event Leadership.
Positions will include traffic control/parking, venue hospitality, cashiers, costume characters and concessions (sell and deliver those amazing donuts)!
Requirements
General Qualifications: The standard qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff is being willing and able in good conscience to support our statement of faith, values and mission as an Evangelical Christian, non-profit ministry. We are looking for people who are willing and able to assist as needed each evening, is teachable and willing to learn and great customer service.
