About the role
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Event Concierge is responsible for extending a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to guests attending events. This role contributes to the successful delivery of events by ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction throughout the event.
