Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Executive – Account Management to support the Client Director in managing account deliverables, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely execution with high-quality standards. The role involves driving collaboration across Dentsu, clients, and external partners to deliver effective integrated communication solutions.

Location: Bengaluru

CTC Offered: 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Client Director in developing innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.
• Collaborate with internal Dentsu teams and network partners to leverage capabilities and deliver business value.
• Coordinate and manage client communication plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project execution and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, margins, and overall value delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality execution.
• Share accurate project plans, progress updates, and deliverables with clients.
• Proactively follow up on tasks and ensure timely project closures.

Requirements:

• Experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or integrated marketing agency.
• Good understanding of integrated communication and campaign execution.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
