As our Executive Housekeeper, you’ll own the entire housekeeping operation. You’ll build and coach your team, keep rooms looking sharp, manage budgets and supplies, and set the standard for what clean and comfortable feels like at Moxy. This is your department to lead.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations to keep guest suites and shared spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Hire, train, coach, and recognize associates while setting clear performance expectations.
• Inspect rooms and public areas, follow up on missed details, and maintain brand cleanliness standards.
• Create schedules based on occupancy, staffing needs, and labor goals.
• Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment inventories while keeping costs on track.
• Coordinate room readiness with the front desk and report repair needs to maintenance.
• Oversee lost and found procedures and promote safe cleaning practices.
• Hit productivity and labor cost goals with smart cost-control systems
• Recognize and reward team members who go above and beyond for guests
• Jump in and help your team on busy days, because great leaders lead by example

Qualifications

YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU...

• At least 2 or more years of hotel housekeeping experience, including 1 year in a housekeeping supervisor or management role.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed.
• A supportive leadership style and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• The ability to balance guest needs, team priorities, and department goals.
• Comfort using hotel systems, tracking inventory, and communicating room status.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility for evenings or other shifts as business needs require.
• Can stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move between floors for long periods
• Can lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs, including linens, supplies, and carts
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (preferred)
