About the role
Job Summary: Genesis Hospitality is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for this high-volume restaurant, The Lambertville Station Inn. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
Essential Functions:
Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen
Front expediter making sure all orders are called to the cooks
Finishing all plates
Finishing and packaging all takeout orders
Getting desserts together for the servers.
Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager.
Physical Demands: Physical, Mental and Workplace Environment Conditions
The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus
Working Conditions: Workplace Environment Conditions
Kitchen Environment
The noise level in this workplace is usually mild to moderate
Working conditions involve noise, heat, changes in temperature, kitchen elements, odors, moisture, etc.
