Arrow Electronics is seeking a Export Analyst to join our team in MX-JAL-Zapopan, Mexico (Guad Warehouse). You will monitor group e-mail Inbox and distribute messages and information to appropriate staffers as required, answer questions from, and provide support to internal customers and external clients, and resolve issues within the life cycle of the job from pickup to delivery. Focusing on all movements of inbound, outbound, and foreign freight movement. You will communicate information regarding the transportation and recovery of jobs to management as needed. You should be self-motivated, client focused, and work well in a team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for elaborate Export Documents.
• Interacting with brokers and carriers.
• Export Documents (Remesas, Pedimentos) revision upon approval
  Data Entry Management (MITRADE).
• Customer Service: Communicate shipping information to sales customer and Finance department, including obtaining shipping documents, tracking numbers, proof of deliveries, etc.
• Data and reports.
• Manage certain activities within transportation operations.
• Manage export operations and ensure compliance to all laws and regulations.
  

What You'll Need:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Experience with export operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with Aranxel is a plus

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19,991.67 - $22,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
