1. Previous Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
2. Mandarin Chinese proficiency would be an advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
4. Strong guest service orientation and ability to create a welcoming first impression.
5. Ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently.
6. Well-groomed appearance and confident presentation.
