F&B Manager | Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee and manage food service operations at a corporate IT client site in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, vendor management, customer satisfaction, and compliance while driving an exceptional workplace dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end food and beverage operations across cafeterias, pantries, and catering services.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality food services, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with food service vendors to maintain service levels as per agreed SLAs.
• Conduct regular audits on food quality, safety, cleanliness, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor daily operations, food consumption, inventory, and wastage control.
• Handle stakeholder and employee feedback, ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
• Manage catering arrangements for meetings, events, leadership visits, and client visits.
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports on vendor performance, compliance, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Workplace Experience, Procurement, and EHS teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food Production, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations, Hospitality, Corporate Dining, or Facilities Management.
• Experience managing large-scale cafeteria operations and food service vendors.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in corporate offices, IT/ITES campuses, business parks, hotels, or integrated facilities management environments.
• Exposure to managing multiple food outlets, catering operations, and workplace dining programs.
