Facilities Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Field & Target Maintenance: Keep the playing field and targets clear of golf balls by operating and maintaining ball collection equipment.
• Bay & Ball Dispenser Repairs: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bay equipment, ball dispensers, conveyors, and related systems.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and general repairs throughout the property.
• Venue Cleanliness: Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the venue, including indoor and outdoor areas.
• Identify and address safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and facility supplies.
• Assist with additional facility and operational needs as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Open availability required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic HVAC, electrical, or plumbing knowledge is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, extreme heat, and cold.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at elevated heights when properly trained.

Facilities Technicians play an essential role in keeping Topgolf operating safely and efficiently. We're looking for dependable individuals who take initiative, solve problems, and take pride in maintaining a clean and fully operational venue.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17–$18 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Open availability required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
