About the role
The Residential Technician is responsible for assisting clients with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Duties include assisting clients with daily schedules, leading clients in educational and recreational activities, and accompanying them to and from examinations and treatments. Supports the delivery of individual client care.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma/GED and at least 6 months relevant experience in the areas of addictions and mental health and/or willingness to learn necessary knowledge. Knowledge of private security function obtained through education or work experience; i.e. military, public safety or fire department a plus
