Job Title: Field Roofing Technician

Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on commercial buildings. Performs roof inspections, identifies leaks, assesses damage, and completes repairs to help maintain the integrity of commercial roofing systems while following safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial roofing, roof repairs, or leak detection.

• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and repair techniques.

• Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor outdoors.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift materials and work safely on commercial job sites.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous construction or roofing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, shingles, etc.)
